A student seeking admission to any class in our school will be eligible for admission to that class only if he/she:

Has been studying in a school recognised by or affiliated to CBSE or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.

Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him eligible for admission to that class.

Satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum and maximum) as determined by the Telangana State where the school is located.

  1. The forms for students applying for Nursery / L.KG. are usually issued in the month of January.
  2. The minimum age a child should attain for Pre- Primary is 2 ½ years for Nursery, 3 ½ years for L.K. G.  and 4 years for U. K. G.  by 10thApril 2021.
  3. The forms are available with the front desk officer at the reception.
  4. Kindly fill the application form in block letters and submit it to the admission-in-charge on the specific date.
  5. The students seeking admission from Grade II onwards will have to undergo a written test and an oral interview along with the parents prior to the confirmation of the admission.

The admission procedure up to Class VIII (i.e: Class VIII and below) shall be regulated by the rules, regulations, orders of the Telangana Government, applicable to the place where the school is located.

Admission to Class IX in the school shall be open only to students who have passed the class VIII examination from an institution affiliated to CBSE or to any recognised Board or is recognised by the Education Department of the Government of the Telangana where the institution is located.

  1. Since the syllabus prescribed at the Secondary level is two years integrated course, no admission shall be taken in Class X directly. Provided further that admission to Class X in a school shall be open only to such a student who:
  2. (a) Has completed a regular course of study for class IX, and
  3. (b) Has passed class IX examination from an institution affiliated to CBSE
  4. A student who has completed a regular course of study for Class IX and has passed Class IX examination from an institution recognised by/affiliated to any recognised Board in India, other than CBSE, can be admitted to a school only on the transfer of the parent(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another, after procuring from the students the mark sheet and the Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board concerned. In case of such admissions, the schools would obtain post facto approval of the Board within one month of admission of the student.

Admission to class XI in a school shall be open only to such a student who has passed:

Secondary School Examination (Class X examination) conducted by CBSE or; An equivalent examination conducted by any other recognised Board of Secondary Education/ Indian University and recognised by this Board as equivalent to its secondary school examination.

  1. The admission of students passing qualifying examination from an examining body outside India shall be regulated based on the following bye-law by CBSE:
    1. No student migrating from a school in a foreign country, other than the school affiliated to this Board, shall be eligible for admission unless an eligibility certificate in respect of such a student has been obtained from this Board.
    2. For obtaining an eligibility certificate from the Board, the Principal of the School to which admission is being sought will submit to the Board full details of the case and relevant documents with his/her own remarks/recommendations.
    3. The eligibility certificate will be issued by the Board only after the Board is satisfied that the course of study undergone and examination passed is equivalent to the corresponding class of this Board.
    4. The admission shall be provided based on the condition of completing a regular course of study for class IX and XI is satisfied in cases of admission to Class X and Class XII respectively.

  1. The School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the institution last attended and countersigned if required as provided in CBSE bye-laws.
  2. Document(s) in support of the child has passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination that makes him/her eligible to attend and be promoted to the next class.
  3. Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth, wherever existing, as proof of date of birth.
  4. Two passport size latest photographs of the child and guardians (for Day-scholars).
  5. Five passport size latest photographs of the child and guardians (in case of border’s admission).
  6. NOC from the previous school attended (For Grade IX to XII).
  7. Medical certificate of the child and blood group details certificate by the pathologist.
  8. Aadhar card copy of the child, parents and guardians (in case of boarder’s admission).
  9. Acknowledgement form for the dates of the payment of fee instalments.
